“I was moving to Ann Arbor from Miami FL and a friend of mine living in this area referred Cassiana Ebert to help me out buy a home. The whole process went very smooth and with her help we screened 8 homes. We came from Miami for one day to see the houses and she had everything organized an job negotiating the home and the selection process was smooth and we chose one of the houses. She dis an outstanding job negotiating and we ended up with a discount of close to 10% from the asking price. She also worked in coordination with my mortgage lender and everything worked well, without stress and smooth. The sale process was completed and we bought our new home. Although this was my first experience with mortgages, she made the process very simple and explained to me any question I had and she was always available for me, no matter if it was a weekend or at night. If I buy another house or sell this one, I'll certainly get Cassiana's help.”
