“Hi there ! Regarding Lakshmi .... She is the BEST....and here's the reasons why. My family has purchased 3 homes from her. She knows the business, and has always looked out for me and my family. A few years back when there were so many foreclosures many real estate agents wouldnt even come out to show you a 45,000 house. My son has excellent credit, a great job and had worked for his company for a few years. He was mortgage approved. He was ready to buy, but most agents didnt want to deal with such a small sales price due to low commisions....not Lakshmi.
