In this nightmare economy selling is difficult and getting a fair price is a miracle, only no magic was involved this time - just hard work. When we first met I thought, young and hungry. Only I had overlooked the depth of experience you brought to the table. I have previously sold a few homes and Northern cottages, so I felt that my experience had taught me a lot.
