The philosophy that motivates Curthena is when an opportunity is presented, she will embrace it directly head on. Curthena believes if she takes the leap, she will build her wings in the process. Living by that philosophy has led Curthena to create Lady C's Creations LLC, a custom home decoration creation company, in the summer of 2020.

She has always had a creative love and vision for home renovation and decoration. Curthena has combined her vision to sell real estate with her eye for breath taking home decoration to fulfill her life long dream. It is another way to express Curthena's love to help and service others in the community, just as she has in the past with her previous work endeavors.

Curthena has an Associates degree in Science with over twenty eight years of experience in the medical field. The main focus of her training was in the areas of various surgical procedures, respiratory care, ventilator applications, and wound care. From there, Curthena's medical knowledge grew and more opportunities became available. She as became a strong leader in her area of the facility, she began being cross trained in other high demand areas of the medical field. Curthena was also trained as a O.R. Nurse Technician, Pre and Post OP procedures, Patient Recovery procedures and planning, Dialysis, Endoscopy Technician, Emergency Procedures and Surgeries, ICU Technician, and On Call Emergency Technician.

Curthena has also worked in the educational field as an elementary school teacher. She prepares and executes a comprehensive lesson plan for children of various ages and abilities each year. Her compassion and love for children fuels her desire to help them succeed in life. Whether it is taking time to compile individual weekly progress reports or offering after school tutoring, Curthena did everything she could to help them understand and grow into responsible adolescents. 

Her successes are attributed to her love and passion for everything she does; from helping people to providing services to individuals on a want or need basis. With her attention to detail and effective communication skills, she works directly with customers to find options that work for both their vision and budget. This persistence and passion is what drives her to provide superior customer service to clients in the real estate field as well as her own business.
