For those of you who don't know me, my name is Jamie Warchol and I am a licensed agent with Real Estate One, here in Charlevoix.  I grew up in Troy MI, but when I was young, my family and I spent every summer at my grandparents' cabin on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix.  I know at a young age that I wanted to live in Northern MI, so I relocated after college.  Even though I graduated with a teaching degree, I always wanted to do something creative, so when the pandemic hit, I decided it was time for a change.  In the 2 short years that I have been an agent I have learned what a blessing being an agent is.  I love being able to help families find their forever home and become part of our communities.  When I'm not working you can find me doing something outdoors with my two teenage boys or attending one of their sporting events.
