I am a first generation immigrant from Romania via Athens, Greece, where I lived for two years. Growing up, as the son of a Romanian Army Office, we moved a lot around the country, from post to post, and therefore I had a hard time calling one certain place or city home. As an immigrant I developed more and more the understanding that owning property is indeed what the American Dream was built on. I take therefore the profession of Realtor very seriously. I decided to become a Realtor because I've always enjoyed two related elements of what a Realtor does: working and serving people and homes. When I was a first time home buyer I had a terrible experience with the real estate person who took my wife and I to show us a couple of homes. We were so young and naive and were completely taken advantage of. It was then that I decided to learn for myself all the elements of Real Estate so I could be my own advocate. Today I realize not all people can do the same, therefore is my goal to restore and even elevate the Real Estate Agent profession to its rightful place in the American society. I am not a salesman. I don't sell or buy homes. That is not what defines me. Selling and buying homes is, of course, part of the package but my Clients hire me for so much more. I am a trustworthy consultant, listening and understanding your needs, desires and the limitations of your circumstances, I search, guide, evaluate, negotiate and walk beside you every step of the way, not only to the keys of your new home, or the check of the home you are blessing someone else with, but beyond that through the memories you make. My Clients are life long clients. It is not the transaction that I value but the relationship. These are not just words, I am always prepared to let my Clients speak freely about their experience with me.
