Message from Kathy
Personal, professional performance, not just promises. I have extensive experience working both as a listing and a buyer's agent I began my Real Estate career with Ralph Manuel in 1989, later Real Estate One bought Ralph Manuel and then I worked for Weir Manuel from 1998 until 2011 when I returned to REO/Max Broock because of its outstanding reputation as the #1 Real Estate firm in Michigan.
I have the private sector business experience, management expertise, interpersonal skills and community involvement to work effectively for you as a professional full-time Realtor. Professionally, I was appointed by the Governor and served 2001-2005 as one of the nine member regulatory Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Sales Persons in Lansing. I am the former chair of the Political Action Committee for the Birmingham Bloomfield South Oakland Rochester Board of Realtors. My community involvement includes positions on the Board of the United Homeowners Association, Wing Lake Farms, Inc., Trustee of the First united Methodist Church of Birmingham and Member of the Bloomfield Hills Schools Taskforce.
Being involved in real estate issues, community affairs, the Chamber of Commerce, the schools and churches makes me an informed Realtor who has the knowledge to assist you in finding the perfect home and in selling your existing home.
Please contact me at the office at 248-644-6700 x 158 or cell phone 248-330-0154 or at [email protected]. I will look forward to working with you and your family.
