Andrea's social media presence was strong, and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings. The photographer team Andrea works is also top notch and it really helped in creating the first impression on the potential buyers. We spoke with Andrea over phone and then met in person where she answered our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she sold, how long the listings typically stay on the market, and provided tons of info on comps in the area. Andrea made the selling process very easy for us especially in COVID era, a new born baby and out of state move.
