If you call or text her, she responds within a minute, every single time. She made this process as smooth and easy as possible. No complaints at all as far as my realtor goes! I bought a house so far out in the middle of no where, cell phones and internet do not work...but every holiday that comes around, I find gifts on my porch. From Lori, long after I already bought the house. There was a pumpkin left on the porch at Halloween and a wreath at Christmas- this woman really does go above and beyond.
