Karly recently completed the sale of our vacation home in Glen Arbor, MI. My brother and I were co-owners and out of state (Illinois and Virginia) and the property itself was in very rough condition, so all those factors added potential complications / disagreement in terms of prepping the property for sale, agreeing on asking price, negotiating the sale, etc. Karly was exemplary on all fronts. She was pleasant to work with, priced the property appropriately (it was somewhat a shot in the dark but she was right on), gave us regular status during listing, and provided exactly the right council when it came to negotiating the final price, including when to give a little and when to not. All in all the ideal realtor from our perspective and someone who made the process easy.
