Kim Hejka is the Managing Broker of our Real Estate One Charlevoix office.  She has 13 years in real estate and has  achieved 8 Distinguished Sales Achievement Awards and has spent 6 years serving on the ACK Board of Realtors achieving President of the Board in 2009.  In 2009 she also received Real Estate One's President Award for Realtor of the Year.  In 2010 she obtained her broker's license and  in 2011 began managing  one of Real Estate One's most successful offices.  During this time she has also maintained a successful partnership with Bill Dietrich who has over 40 years in real estate.  Kim is  committed to bring not only knowledge, but creativity, communication and resourcefulness to the table for all of their buyers & sellers, and offers a dedication that will be unmatched.
