I have always had an interest in real estate and a keen eye for the gorgeous landscape of Charlevoix and its surrounding area.  I've worked hard over the last seven years to delve into real estate and learn as much as possible about, not only, the profession, but also the area.  While my friends were online shopping for shoes, I was looking at the real estate for sale, how much it sold for, and who was selling it.  (not that I don't love shoes!)  I've had a genuine interest in real estate and its inner workings from an early age.  As a child, I used to walk my neighborhood and look in the windows of people's houses because I was curious.  I find beauty in each house and can picture the possibilities as soon as I walk in the door. 

I have a Master's Degree from Michigan State University.  I am different then most realtors because I haven't spent my life selling real estate.  My first career was teaching for over 30 years. My nomination for Michigan Teacher of the Year proves my work ethic and desire to do well. I am a detail oriented, people-person driven by an excellent work ethic so a switch to
real estate has been natural. I am now turning my focus to real estate full time.

With a passion for service, I am ready to help you with your home buying and selling

When not helping people, I can be found with my family and friends or enjoying the
beautiful water surrounding Charlevoix. I have three amazing children in their twenties who
reside in Traverse City and Grand Rapids and a sweet old lab named Sage. I believe that home
