Tyler Weston is an ethical, positive, and empowering businessman that uses his skills and expertise to serve his clients, his community, and the greater good. Tyler holds an Associates Degree in Business Marketing, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration both from Baker College of Business. 
Tyler has leveraged his poignant and focused knowledge gained in College into a rewarding career and an outstanding track record. At each career step along the way Tyler has left behind a legacy of good workmanship, positive relationships, and a big shoes for his counterparts to fill.
In his first year as a Realtor, Tyler won his companies first ever “Rookie of the Year” award and was much celebrated by his colleagues and cohorts for his early surprising success. Tyler followed up his first year’s success with tripling his sales numbers from his first year and in just three years Tyler exceeded 100 transactions.
Additional to his business exploits Tyler is a citizen that believes in the power of volunteer work and empowerment through sport. Tyler has started various efforts in his community including Special Olympics basketball teams in both Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, and various other after school programs benefiting his community and serving 1,000's of young people in his community . 
In 2017 Tyler began donating 10% of commissions earned on each Real Estate Transaction to one of 6 local non profits that his clients would choose from individually based on which resonated with them most. He was able to donate $20,000 in the first year of the program and is excited to contribute even more in the years to come.
