Clients and Community First.

The best part of being a Realtor are the connections we make, the relationships we build, and the positive change we can create within our communities.  With the support of the Real Estate One Charitable Foundation and the participation of my fellow Realtors, over the past few years I have been active in raising nearly $200,000 in charitable giving for organizations in our community.  Gratefully, I have been awarded the Real Estate One Distinguished Service Award and the prestigious Real Estate one CARE Award.

I am certified as a Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS) as well as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).

With a varied background in education, hospitality service, retail sales, and her own real estate investments, Ellie joined the Real Estate One family in 2012.  In 2016 she was invited to join "Those Schaubs" (Linda and Greg Schaub), one of the top 3 real estate teams in NW Michigan.  Ellie's real estate sales place her in the top 2% of all Realtors nationwide.  Certified as both an Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Seller's Representative Specialist, she excels in advising and confidently guiding her clients through the buying and selling processes.

"The best part of being a Realtor are the connections we make, the relationships we build, and the positive changes we can create within our communities".  Ellie sits on the Northern Michigan Advisory Board of Directors for the Real Estate One Charitable Foundation. She is also the Board Co-Chair with Arts for All of Northern Michigan, a non-profit organization that provides art, music, drama, and dance for children and adults of all abilities across 5 counties.  She has been awarded the Real Estate One Distinguished Service Award and the prestigious Real Estate One CARE Award.  Ellie has helped raise over $200,000 in charitable giving.  A huge animal lover, Ellie is also very supportive of AC Paw, a local organization that provides care and foster homes for animals in need of their forever homes.

In addition to her love of music (she studied music in a past life and still plays the piano on occasion - especially if there is wine involved), gardening, and reading, Ellie adores her adopted Chihuahua-mix pup, Pearl, and 3 spoiled cats, Stryper, Herbie, and Peach.
