ESERVICES COORDINATOR

Real Estate One’s Customer Care department-Internet Leads has an exciting Part Time job opportunity (22 hours a week) for an individual that is a team player, organized and enjoys meeting/exceeding goals.

Job Duties:

Assist internet consumers regarding real estate questions via phone, e-mail and/or
instant chat.

Refer consumers to our LeadOne team of agents.

Follow up with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction through closing on all
assigned referrals.

Provide excellent customer service to individuals while properly documenting each customer interaction as per procedure.

Maintain and expand knowledge of corporate policies, real estate and departmental procedures.

Meet and exceed assigned customer service goals.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

A Real Estate License

Exceptional customer service skills in terms of meeting the customers? requirements/expectations, the ability to quickly deal with customer concerns effectively.

Minimum of 2-3 years real estate experience preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to project a professional company image; ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos and emails.

Proven computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook; willing to learn proprietary software technology.

Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks by priority, and efficient follow up on projects.

Proficient in typing.

Flexibility to work 20-24 hours a week including nights and weekends and occasionally up to 40 hours a week to help cover vacations and days off.

Must be able to work independently and multi-task effectively.

Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Regular Schedule:

Thursday     3:00 pm ? 9:00 pm       

Friday          3:00 pm ? 9:00 pm

Saturday     8:30 pm ? 7:00 pm
